Bad Experiance
Bad quotes, Overcharged, promise to clean head lights as part of whole project, NOT DONE added paint chip.
Brought a BMW Z4 in to have the front bumper/fascia attached correctly and to get headlights cleaned.
When I brough the car in was told it would cost $42.00 to take it apart (1) hour to determine problem Ok. If it took them an (1)hour to take it apart then why did it take 5.9 hours to put it back... view more together??? Yes I did authorize the money but at that point they had the car apart and because of my ignorance I did not quite understand that there weren?ˆ™t more parts involved until I got the bill. On bill it states $76.00 in parts and of (6.9) hours of labor for a total of $371.00.
Then to top it off... while the car was in there procession the paint on the fender where they had repaired the headlight had a large paint chip put in it. They blamed me, which I am fairly certain not to be correct. So they just dabbed some touch up paint on it and told me to accepted it or they would just keep the car no willingness to work out a better solution?ˆ¦at least fill the chip up with paint then buff it off or something .
The good side is the light does now match with the fender and the front fascia/bumper is now attached correctly.
I am sorry if I offened the ladies in the office...I got a little upset.
