Auto 1 of Summerville and owner Alessa Bertoluzzi is a rip off and criminal as far as I am concerned. She took 1K from me and did not fix car. Still had the exact same problem after I picked it up and paid her for it. My hard earned money got nothing and when I went back to get her to fix it, she was hostile and argumentative and would not make it right. Typical of a CON.
