I dropped my car off in the mo...
I dropped my car off in the morning before they were opened to be repaired; I put my keys in the envelope and through the door. When I called later to check on it they told me that they lost my keys and I would need to pay the $185 to have a new key made. The service dept was TERRIBLE & RUDE!!!!!!! One woman looked me right in that face and told me that I DID not leave my keys. They also told me that possibly... view more my keys were taken by the next person to drop off his car and when he came in to pick up his car they would ask him about it. After going back and forth and being treated so mean to the point that i was in tears I spoke to the manager who told me that they would take care of the cost of the key. He was so lax and did not seam to care about the fact that his employees were rude or the fact that "maybe" my keys were stolen. I simply wanted a new key made and them to never touch my car again!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!! When I went back to pick up the car the 2 rude women at the counter were not there but the man was. He stated that they spoke to the man that they basically accused of stealing my keys, and he told them that he watched me drop my keys in the box. Now they were full of apologies but at this point it was too late. I will never go there again!
