I have used the services at th...

I have used the services at this establishment several time with great results however today I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I call last week to schedule an AC check/repair. This repair was attempted twice in the past 30 days. I made arrangements to leave the van overnight so it would be available to begin work early in the morning. I was told on Wednesday evening the mechanic will take a "loo... view morek" first thing in the morning. I left note on the work order that I will need to pick up the vehicle no later than 10 AM to go to work. I called at 9:30 AM on Thursday to check on the status of the service to discover the mechanic needed another hour. I protested with the delay on evaluating the service since most initial check has only taken 30 minutes before and van was to be evaluated at 8 AM. The office assistant attempted to excused the delay reasoning the motor needed to cool before mechanic can work on the vehicle. I explained the van was left overnight, her response was to explain the over site as human error. I am so disappointed in the change in service approach I will seek services with other capable establishment and reserve Mt. Pleasant Auto as a last resource.
