I gave Kenny the owner $600 deposit down payment on June 25,2013 to order & install a carport. Two months later the carport had not arrived. Asked Kenny to cancel the order. He said no problem. Then said he couldn`t give me my money back till he got his. The deposit was given to him on June 25, 2013. I have spoken with him several times where he said he would meet me to return the deposit.
