Can no longer recommend
I would not consider taking my vehicle to any other place but Firestone. If you need, visit a different division for I had a horrible experience with the Firestone in Charlotte, NC on W. WT Harris Blvd. The company needs adult employees and/or better customer service; one of the children has no idea how to relate to people. I am horrified that a child would yell at me that way.
