The bad review on here must be from a competitor. I can`t believe any of it is true. Everyone at N & R is nice, helpful, professional and courteous. My car was done when promised and the paint match was perfect. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I have seen a few bad reviews ...

I have seen a few bad reviews of Norton and Richardson on the net and I can`t understand them. I hit a deer a while back in a vehicle that was 6 years old and they matched the paint perfectly, called with updates, and were very helpful. Recently my wife was in an accident with a car we had only had for a day. They took every detail into consideration and our car looks just as good if not better than it did before the... view more accident. They treated my family with respect and again gave me updates and let me know how the progress was going. I will reccomend them to anyone!

dont go here!!!

these guys are extremely rude and unhalpfull. At first i just thought the person i was dealing with was just having a bad day. so i asked to speak with someone else. They are all jerks. Bottom line is the work isnt worth the guff.
