They`re horrible, slow and unprofessional. When we had a flat a while ago we took our car here. They noted a few other things needing service and told me it would be done by 12. They were finally done at 2, gave us some free oil change coupons and apologized. We took the car back there to use one of the free oil change coupons and I specifically told them not to touch the alignment or do anything else. 1.5 hours for ... view morean oil change and my alignment is all messed up. I also got the joy of listening to one of the mechanics talking to his buddy in the garage about his evening and all of the f bombs that went along with this. STAY AWAY.

GREAT SERVICE, GREAT STAFF!

I went there to get my daughter`s oil change, and even though their computers were down for the moment, they took such great care of me and the service manager Kevin Tarlton was so respectful and helpful to me! it was honestly the best experience i have ever had and trust me, i have been to many places to get many oil changes because i am responsible for my entire family`s cars! i wont be going anywhere else anymore.... view more they were hands down the absolute best, quickest service, and best customer service i have ever encountered! thank you for your help today!
