NEVER IN MY LIFETIME...

...will I ever deal with this place ever again. I also will NEVER own a Ford again. My car was making a noise on the right side. It was not too long BEFORE the warranty was up. I am not a mechanic but I do know when something doesn`t sound right. I brought my car up there. The tech. rode around with me to listen for the noise. While doing so he was hitting on me asking for my #. He did not hear the noise I was talki... view moreng about. He told me he couldn`t justify taking away from his technicians time for something he didn`t hear. 1000 miles after the warranty was up my car broke down! I was furious! I called Ford Customer service first. They in turn had the service manager call me. To make a long story short they ended up paying for my tow, my rental car and to fix the car. BUT only before I raised hell. When I got there to pick up my car (my friend was with me) the lady that checked me out got an attitude saying that they only did this for me as a courtesy!!!
