I have two family members that have been ripped off and I am hoping to save anyone else from going through the same thing. Best Dealership HANDSDOWN
This dealership is what every dealership should strive to be. EVERY sales person I came in contact with was friendly, not overbearing, and actually asked important questions aside from the typical ""what are you looking to spend"". The Owner of this dealership has people in his employ that screw up everything they touch and when they are called down on the problem they caused, they will not take responsibility for the situation. When you talk to them about it you are talked to like you are dirt under their feet. This is not the way you treat your customers. Service Dept: Check Your Bill!!!
Took an classic car in for an alignment.... Which turned into a pretty profitable venture for Keith Hawthorne! They charged me $130 to install a $30 wheel bearing (would have taken me 30 mins) The alignment was a fair price (after I talked them down) I went to pay my bill and I found a $4 Document Fee? And a $18 disposal fee??? I never authorized these charges and I could have taken the 3"" wheel bearing with me.... view more I took the car on the road and it`s all over the road! Not only did they not correct the issue with my vehicle, but those guys tried to screw me. Save your time - go somewhere else. Go anywhere else...

HUGE waste of time!!!
LIES, LIES, LIES... Don`t waste another second of your time!!! After doing a good deal of phone negotiating, because we have a toddler and and infant, we went to the dealership on a friday night, did a test drive and confirmed we wanted to proceed. Our salesman, Chip, was seemingly accommodating and explained the following morning that they would do what it would take, given our situation, to get the deal put tog... view moreether...Lie #1. We are in the auto industry and have been for 12 years and have bought and sold more vehicles than we probably should have in that time span so we are more experienced than the average vehicle consumer. That said, we reconfirmed the specifics and it seemed all was a go. We arrived at the dealership and were told it would take about 30 minutes to an hour...Lie#2. After four hours with two tired kids and no lunch we decided we needed to, at the very least, get a bite. Just before we went to get some food they had decided that they would not do what it would take to seal the deal so we left. We had a vehicle we wanted to trade but it was in Florida so after they decided that they didn`t want to bring it up the deal was off. Two weeks later we were having the trade vehicle brought up and called them back even though they had lied to us. We realized our circumstances weren`t exactly standard and decided we would give it a shot again. We called the GM in the morning and asked if the vehicle was still available and that we would bring the trade vehicle in ourselves. The GM was pleased to hear it and said of course Lie #3. He directed us to another salesman, not Chip, who proceeded to ask us all of the questions we had already gone through just 2 weeks prior and said that they didn`t know where Chip had put our financial information. Scary!! But the salesman, Scott, said that they were going get it all worked out immediately....""not a problem""...Lie #4.So after 4 or 5 hours of back and forth calling they decided to tell us the vehicle wasn`t available and had been sold 2 days prior. They suggested a vehicle be brought from Tennessee. We were reluctant but entertained the idea although we were disappointed as the other vehicle was what we had expected. We were under a time constraint at this point and after expressing our extreme disappointment with the lack of knowledge on the part of the GM with regards to their inventory (a GM`s primary function) and their new demands with regards to the trade vehicle, the salesman said he would call back....Lie#5... and we have never heard from him again. This is a circus with a horrible ringleader. And to the person who said this is a nice facility all I can say is you must not get out much. They claim to be a leader in sales in their industry and I can tell you that they don`t invest any of their profit in their facility. Go somewhere else if you value your time. Their lack of respect is unsurpassed. They are just trying to get you in the door and pressure you into a sale which is part of the process in most cases but they do it in a way that makes you feel as though you need them and you don`t. Trust me...they aren`t doing you any favors.

DON`T BUY FROM HERE!!!
DON`T BUY FROM HERE!!! Salesman lied to us...Finance Manager lied to us! We were told from the start that they had the title for the used truck we were buying from them. Then they changed the story to ""you`ll have the title in 3-4 days"". Well, it took almost a month to get the title for a vehicle which we paid for in full with a certified check. RIDICULOUS!
