ok. long story short.. Prices are thru the roof. Prices online are cheaper than on lot so don`t be fooled like I was into thinking ur getting a deal at the lot. Brought a used 2007 GMC envoy. Of course, all Sales persons there was nice. HOWEVER, had buyers remorse before I took the suv off the lot because no owners manual was in the truck and the spring for the sunroof had tape on it. Can we say bullsh*t..Anyways they promised to fix it, get me an owners manual, and a second key remote. Unfortunately truck was sold as is and didn`t get a chance to give them more money by buying a warranty. I should have brought the warranty or better yet went else where. Week 2 of purchasing the truck - Messing with the A/C dials more since I brought the car. I found out that speed 4 on the a/c is very low to no air blowing. Researched it myself and found that it was a faulty motor resistor block and connector. Went to talk to the salesman about it only 2weeks after I had the truck. They kept putting me off and putting me off. I guess I wasn`t so important after I brought and signed everything. It took 4 weeks to fix the spring for the sunroof, another key remote, still no owners manual provided as requested. Now they don`t want to fix the resistor and connector $60-100 part - may be less. Their service area (very slow) wanted to charge $475 total to fix. I know it was AS IS, however, this is bad customer service. They could have offered me at least half if they wasn`t paying the entire thing. Even the technician there said that this was a problem before the vehicle was placed on the lot. This was the 1st time I financed a used car in a while and now I see why I don`t. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT DO IT AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN.
