Doug - the manager @ Tire Town @ the backgate on Macklen Ave is GREAT! I bought 4 new tires there and the tires I originally picked out were on the higher end. Doug took the time to call me after I had left my car there to let me know that the tires I originally pckied out were great tires, however, he had another tire same brand that was very similar to the tire I originally picked and it was less expensive. he sa... view moreved me over $300. WOW - he did not have to do that - I find that to be EXCELLENT customer service - especially since I work in an industry where that WOW customer service is necessary and a huge plus! I am very thankful for his phone call and him taking care of me as a customer! I will definitely be a devoted customer there and I will DEFINITELY tell all my friends and family! Lanier Alford I know is very proud to have Doug as the leader of that shop! GREAT JOB Tire Town and Doug!!
