My appointment was very easily booked. When arriving at the dealer the transfer from my car to a loaner, through the always efficient work of my service rep Ed Salwin, took only a few minutes. Within the timeframe promised Ed called me with an exact diagnosis, an estimste for repair,and a completion time. When I arrived I was on my way quickly with everything completed and my car was clean. The service department ext... view moreended a discount for repair, which was appreciated. I always have exceptional service experiences through Ed and Herman Diaz and my car is always fixed right the first time. I couldnt ask for better service. Conversly, despite having 2 Mercedes Benz in my garage for the last 20 years (and upwards of 20 Benz purchased by immediate family members) I am very disenfranchised by the MERCEDES brand and corporate`s refusal to buy back my lemon 2006 r350, which has had every know mechanical failure possible. As a result, my r350 is up for sale and for the first time since 1992, I will be purchasing a car that is NOT a Mercedes Benz. Furthermore, it is the first time I am in the process of selling a Benz where I feel almost immoral passing this mechanical nightmare onto someone else. Kind of pathetic of a Benz!
