Worst place to take your vehicle

I took my vehicle in for some transmission repairs and the repairs were done incorrectly, now I need a new transmission. When I tried to address the problem with the owner he wouldn`t even speak to me, he had one of his employees tell me "at this point we are not going to do anything for you". Awful buisness and owner!!!!
