Terrible customer service

L&L replaced the motor in my girlfriend`s car and left out the bolt connecting the steering shaft. This could have been catastrophic, but they acted like it was no big deal. Then they refused to deliver the car back to her because "that was not part of the deal"! Do not recommend doing business with these people!
