The body work was great, the mechanic personally told me the problems with my vehicle after the car accident and tools me the ways to fix it and the prices for each, the matched the paint so closely I can`t even tell, the people were all very O peasant and the waiting room was comfortable, and also they also made it easy with my insurance and made my deductible very cheap and had a free tow and detail and even a rent... view moreal car.overall ours the best place around and I go there all the time and I tell my friends to go the and they always tell me how great they are and I suggest you go there

Disappointed

I got my windshield replaced after being in a car accident. Not only was glass left all over the inside of my driver`s side door, but they didn`t vacuum up any of the glass that was on the seats, or the dash board. They also told me on the phone that my car was ready so I had to arrange a ride there on my lunch break. When I arrived, the man at the front desk asked how far I was going to drive it. I asked why? He sai... view mored, "well if you`re not going to drive far it`s not a big deal, but it has to be parked in a garage so the glue can dry" So, not only did I have MY time wasted because I had to come back again later that night, but I also wasted my mother in law`s time which was also HER lunch break all because of miscommunication. No apologies were made. I would never have expected that kind of service from them. Although the staff was pleasant, they have no sense of urgency. I couldn`t believe they didn`t vacuum up the glass in my car. That is ridiculous. I called Payless Auto Glass in Warwick, RI when a tree branch fell through my window. They not only came to my house, but they replaced it quickly, vacummed the inside of my car, and even vacummed my driveway! They also called later to make sure they did a good job and that I was satisfied.
