Careless & Inexperienced Technicians

I personally have been an ASE L1 Certified Master Technician for 10 years and work at another shop, my new toyota is under warranty. I purchased my car at Boch South so I figured I would give them the work when it broke. Well BIG Mistake! They replaced the alternator that was making noise but in the process their technician broke another part through carelessness and inexperience. Although the car was under warranty ... view moreand it did not cost me anything, the service advisor was not concerned at all that I would be without my car for a second whole day. When i called them out on the broken part I was told "your not a toyota technician so theres no way you can know what your talking about". I will never deal with this stealership again. Their mistake could have cost me another $400 VVT-i solenoid on top of the $750 alternator
