After looking for an auto body to fix my fiance`s car after some damage was done we were told to talk to Russell at Dartmouth Collision. seem proffessional however, i took my car there for a simple repair-a bus hit my driver side mirror off. i gave them the insurance info and after 4 weeks and 3 phone calls the secretary tried to give me an appointment that was more than 3 weeks away!!! almost 2 months for a simple repair like that!!! very rude and if i didnt call today who knows when they would have called!
