Not the best place to go

Ordered a solenoid from the store. The salesperson did not understand what I was ordering and did not even know what make my car was. It took about 3 minutes to explain I wanted just the solenoid and not the entire starter. I never even got a call when it came in. I waited for a month and when I got sick of waiting I called to ask if it was in.
