Did not even get started with them

These people are the ""official tow company of East Providence. The day I was rear ended on 195, they towed my car and started selling me before I had a chance to contact my insurance company. I have a Toyota and the guy says, we are the preferred collision shop for Bristol Toyota, don`t contact your insurance company as they will use second had parts and want to do a cheap job...let us handle it. So I called Bristol... view more Toyota`s and guess what...they may buy parts from them but they don`t send customers there. I guess John thought I was too dumb to actually check his claims out. Regardless, if he told the truth, I might have done business with him.

Horrible Customer Service

I had to pick up a vehicle from here and the customer service was horrible. They were ignorant, their personalities were terrible. They were not helpful. Being in a bad situation they made it worse! I would never use them for any tow service i ever needed nor would i recommend them...
