Very good work; poor customer relations, no credit cards accepted

They do very good work BUT they are VERY pricey, as high or higher than a car dealership, and it also doesn`t help that they DON`T accept credit cards. The combination of very high prices plus no credit cards rules them out for emergency, unexpected repairs. It isn`t helped by Kent`s attitude; they seem to dislike to be questioned on details of repairs both before and after the work is done. It`s kind of a ""don`... view moret you dare question me!"" or ""go away; don`t bother me with detailed questions"" attitude. they could use some lessons in customer service and relations. I do alot of my own vehicle maintenance, used to do all of it on my Corvette when I had it, and I used to manage an office with a quarter of a billion dollars in insurance contracts, so I know both cars and what customer service and client relations are all about. Kent`s would rate 4 stars, maybe 5, for their quality of work, but they rate poorly (no stars) by not accepting any credit cards and for their substandard customer/people relations. We`ve patronized Kent`s for over 10 years, but no more because of their shortcomings.
