Restoration Parts With Outstanding Service!

Just absolutely amazing. I had spent some time trying to find parts to complete my restoration project. I kept asking around where to find parts. I was told by a few different people about a place called Competitive Automotive in Warwick RI. They had specialized in GM restoration parts and supplies. After hearing this from so many people it just stuck in my head to try and check them out. I didn`t find too much on th... view moree Internet for a web site. So I had made a call and spoke to them. Not only could they help me but the parts were right in stock. I was in disbelief, I had been searching for so long none of the catalog companies had these parts. I now had to make the trip. It was not difficult to find. They were at a main 4 corner intersection with a show room that made my mouth drop. Overwhelming is the understatement. Just packed to the ceiling with stocking inventory. After spending some time looking I had meet a few of there customers. I told them it was my first time there and how amazed I was. They said they knew the feeling and how they had been treated there as a customer and helped out of a few jambs getting there own projects finished. They all spoke extremely highly of this company and how it was worth the time to travel to. They had also mentioned some other companys they had try doing business with previouly and bad results and not getting what they expected. You know the old saying, Try the rest and then come to the Best. Well I have now been here maybe a dozen times atleast. They stock so much and the knowledge they have of the fit and useful experiance of parts they sell is just increadiable. No big sales pitch or pressure on buying, just the straight facts. There was a big freight item they did not have in stock, so I special ordered it and expected a shipping freight charge when ordering, that was not the case at all. They didn`t charge any extra as long it it was on ther stock order. I estimated a couple hundred dollars in saving. Worth going to!!!!
