Absolutely deplorable. I was pressured into a sale with a `great deal`, but once the docs were signed, they told me that they needed more for a down payment. They gave their own financier incorrect information, then `coached` me through the phone call with the bank to be sure that I told the same lies. The car drove great, literally, until I drove it off of the lot. The check engine light came on immediately on m... view morey way home, the transmission is slipping (I`ve now had the car for about four months and paid full retail KBB value for it), and the starter interrupter that they put in it has been interfering with the wiring for the manufacturer`s security system, causing the car to choose when it does and does not want to start. On top of that, they were soooo nice while I was there, but don`t want anything to do with you once they`ve made the sale. The financing guy was absolutely rude the last time that I called...and all that I wanted was an insurance form. I should have known that this would happen the second their manager, mister `crocodile shoes and wanna-be pimp zoot suit` came out to make me a `deal`. Wow. This place is a joke. Steer clear.

I have purchased several vehic...

I have purchased several vehicles in the past with F & R Auto Sales, and I have never been disappointed. In fact, one time the owner came and opened up during a holiday just so my family didn`t have to go without a car for Christmas. I could never recommend anyone else but them. They were very accommodating to my kids also, as we waited to get just the right vehicle for us.
