Bad customer service

When entering the store I immediately received horrible service, when I asked if they do battery diagnostics they told me I should have my car towed back to where i bought the battery? I asked if they sold my kind of battery he said yes but I don`t think it`s your battery??? But for 38 bucks we can check ! All I can say is I got a great sense of pure lazy
