Dave was pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. He was accommodating and arranged to check out my car even though he was booked solid for the day. He explained to me what could had been wrong and did the quickest, simplest fix before going into unnecessary and expensive diagnostics. He didn`t even charge me in the end because he said he didn`t do that much work.
