I spoke with Jason Mitchell on May 13 and sold him some floor mats over the phone. He said he did not know who I was, so I sent him 60.00 worth of floor mats with the agreement he would mail me a check. He never honored his end of the deal after numerous attemps to collect the money through emails and phone calls. Basically this guy is a thief who gives honest mechanics a bad name. Wouldn`t go anywhere else in New England!

It`s isn`t every day that you encounter a business that actually stands by their motto. If we all lived in Perfect, (pick your state), USA, this, of course, would be the norm. Family Auto Care`s motto is ""We treat you like family"". Not the kind of family that gets on your nerves, or makes your life miserable, but the kind of family that really wants you to be happy, and they`ll do whatever they can to make that hap... view morepen for you. I purchased a 16-year old Jeep Grand Cherokee from a 19-year old who said that the truck would only need a ""few"" things. All of which would only cost me less than $100. Needless to say, this young man`s assessment was as wrong as a cockroach mating with a hummingbird. Now, I found FAC when I was searching for car alarms; little did I know that I would be needing them for more pressing and urgent matters. I have to say that the guys, Jason and Billie, are the salt of the earth. Gouging is not a word in their vernacular as they`re only interested in offering customers the best deal and the best service! I am beyond happy that I decided to give them a call, for I know if I hadn`t, my bank account would be seriously in the red and not still in the black. So, if you`re looking for a great shop with great prices and beyond amazing customer service, stop by FAC today! P.S. I may not have needed them for an alarm, but I`m glad they were there for me in my time of need.
