I ordered a part for my car. The saleman I spoke to, Joe, was so helpful. and knowledgeable. I don`t seem to understand why the previous review was so degrading. Maybe that customer didn`t order the correct part. Whatever the case is, this company is a very trustworthy company. I will be ordering again in the future when needed!

Unfortunate Experience - Worse Employee

K&R is a ripoff because of employees like ""Joe"". The man has no concept of the term ""customer service."" He lacks any moral fiber and addresses customers as if he`s doing them a favor. Once addressed by this bafoon, he attempts to double-talk and insult you all at once while continuing his efforts to swindle the next unsuspecting person seeking parts or service.
