I brought my Saab to this shop...

I brought my Saab to this shop to have parts replaced and an oil leak fixed. After 5 days I was told the oil leak was fixed and they did not have time to replace two parts that are defined by the service manual as less than 4 man hours to replace. I drove the car home and the oil leak was worse than before I brought it in. I called and left a message and never received a call back.
