Go else where. Purchased a car for myself and my daughter at Tom`s. Both required numerous repairs to the toon of over $4,000 in a two year period. Finally needed another repair, cat replaced. 10 days later light on again. Cat bad. would not honor warranty. Told needed new tranny and fuel injector repair over $3000 job. Took to another mechanic. Tom`s Auto cutomer

I have been a customer at Tom;s Auto for several years. I have a Mercedes and I wouldn`t trust anyone else with my vehicle. The service is outstanding!!!!! The repair facility is modern and immaculate. The waiting area is exceptional. I have also told all my colleagues in Dartmouth and they wouldn`t bring their vehicles to any other repair shop except Tom`s Auto Repair. You can`t find any better than this!!!... view more!!

Poor Customer Service

I highly recommend not to have service done at Tom`s Auto Repair,401 State Rd, North Dartmouth, MA. They are unprofessional and treat customers poorly. Customer service is obviously not part of their training. I was treated as a third class citizen and I only went there for an oil change!
