professional and courteous

A.J. and Tom went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. I have been going to other "big-name" dealerships, and have not received the courteous and professional service that I received from Joe`s Auto Mall. They bent over backwards to make my purchase of a 2005 Toyota Avalon possible, and within my budget. They listened to my needs, explained every detail of the purchase, and printed out all info... view morermation including the carfax report for my personal records.
