I thought car connection was wonderful at first. They seemed very eager to help my husband and I get a new vehicle. We had our eye set on a specific one and they had to work the deal a million different ways to get it done. They needed a sizeable down payment and we were struggling to come up with the cash. We were PROMISED that the vehicle would not be sold out from under us. We were told we would be contacted if an... view moreyone came to look at it. Well long story short we came up with all the money we needed for a down payment only to find out they sold the vehicle out from underneath us claiming we said we didnt want it!!! We are furious we were asked to jump through hoops for them to sell out from underneath us in the middle of a deal!!!!!
