Don`t even set foot on their lot

Unprofessional, my car got towed their becuase it broke down, they said it wasn`t worth fixing, so I started looking at new cars. They ran my credit and I know this because I overheard them very loudly discussing it for the entire world to hear. This is after they yelled my social from one room to another. Finally got a payment on a used Cadillac and I felt I was being screwed so I told them I wanted to think about... view more it. I went shoppin at a different dealership where I got a payment that suited me. The one brooks said was "impossible" I then had to have my car towed out and I took it to the same dealer I got my new car from where they said all I needed was a water pump. And it would have been 200 to fix. Their incompetence cost me 20,000 dollars, and they shared my credit. Don`t go here unless you want your personal information spread around and your credit destroyed.
