This was the best customer service experience I have ever had with a repair shop, period. Paul bent over backwards to take care of me, despite the fact that they are obviously a very busy shop. I actually ended up paying less than I was originally quoted. Unlike other places, I didn`t feel like I was being nickle and dimed for repairs I didn`t need. Furthermore, Paul took the time to really explain everything that wa... view mores going on with my car and issues I will need to look out for in the future. I`ll be taking my Audi A6 back to MoonLite in the future for sure.
