Frank`s tire and auto is a great company. Frank always goes out of his way to explain what he found wrong and what it will cost to fix. No one else will take the time to explain the problems. He is an expert when it comes to repairing your vehicle. We had taken our son`s BMW to him and he got the car back on the road as BMW`s are not real easy to work on. franks tire and automotive not only got my truck back on the road they went above and beyond what they had to fix for their payment, he turned the lemon that i just got into a reliable vehicle and got me out of a jam. When you are dealing with Frank`s tire you are dealing with a owner/operator who takes the time to explain what is going on with your car in a way that you can understand. I had my sons car fixed at Frank`s was very satisfied with the work . They actually quoted me a price but ended up fixing it for about five hundred dollars less. They continued to look for the problem instead of just replacing parts. They even followed me to take the car home after they were closed for the day.

This shop replaced my timing belt/water pump/ac
Later my car breaks down....I found out he never
replaced my water pump he overcharged me for.
The dealer showed me the water pump they took
out it was the pump the car came with from the factory.
