My Steele Auto Body experience I took my motorcycle to steele kustoms after reading over his web site, I took my bike to the shop for him to look it over and to look at the repairs I wanted, he looked it over and agreed that he would be able to fix/do the work I need done and for me to give him a call in a few weeks, I called in a few weeks and he said he was free to do the work and to bring it to the shop, I aske... view mored him for an estimate before I bring it and he said $700 I thought that was a fair price so I wrote every-thing on paper that we talked about so he had a list to follow , he had the bike all winter I sent about a dozen e-mails to him with little or no communication back, it?ˆ™s now middle of spring and he gives me a call saying the bike is done and the price 1,400(double from quote) I get to the shop and the most important part of the list of repairs(the main reason I took it to his shop)he did not fix so now I am out 1,400 and still need to have to have the bike repaired. He was unwilling to back his work or give a partial refund!
