The worst customer service in the world for the most expensive price. I have finally learned my lesson from pepboys. One time I had brought my car in for some wheel issues and they quoted me 1300 bucks. I then called 7 other mechanics and got the problem fixed for 450 and the work was great. Then I trusted pepboys to do an oil change and they stripped my drain tube so other places will refuse to change my oil. I went... view more back to them and explained my issues and I was given the worst customer servie in the World by everyone from the guy at the counter to the manager to even the C*&T on the customer service number... Avoid Pepboys at all cost as you are only scamming yourself by bringing your car to any pepboys location
