I wanted to take the time to write this review because I felt that John and his team have gone above and beyond with their service. It started with speedy tow service, several calls to let me know the progress of my repairs, taking care of my insurance and then coordinating a delivery of my car to my workplace at a time that was convenient for me. A great experience. Free pickup and delivery. The shop handled all contact and negotiation with my insurance company. The car came back in much better than the pre-accident condition. They corrected minor scratches, etc not even related to the accident. They returned the car completely detailed. I highly recommend this shop. I hope I won`t need them again, but if I do, I won`t look anywhere else.

These guys are great. Every part of my repairs was explained in full, they were available to talk and explain the repairs and insurance procedures. They are hooked up with Enterprise rent-a-car, so they were able to pick me up at the shop, and they even drove my car to an inspection station. They are awesome...don`t go anywhere else, go to Chalfont Collision Center.
