I could not have asked for a better car buying experience than I received at O`Neil Nissan. I`ve been driving Nissans sinc...

I`ve been driving Nissans since I was 19 years old, I`ve been to three different dealerships in the Greater Philadelphia Area and I can say with absolute certainty O`Neil Nissan is the place to purchase your Nissan. As soon as I arrived I was met with pleasant greetings from the sales staff (obviously expected since you`re purchasing a large asset), however what was unexpected was the attention I received not only f... view morerom my salesman, Ron, but also from the sales manager Donna. Ron then introduced me to the Service Manager Tom, assured me any problems with my vehicle would be handled with the utmost care. Well low and behold three weeks after purchasing my Altima I was rear ended with a significant amount of damage to my rear bumper. After calling Tom Olkowski, he brought my car in and took care of the problem directly, I met the other technicians at the dealership and can promise you of their quality and respect, one thing that was emphasized (which I thought other dealerships in the area had lacked) was integrity, the kind which makes it easy to trust someone with your vehicle. There`s no doubt in my mind that when my wife`s lease is up I`ll be sender her to O`Neil Nissan to speak with Ron and Donna.

This is unreal

I went to have an oil change and tire rotation on 2/5/2011. They charged me for everything but they did NOT rotate the tires or check the tire pressure. They said the car would be ready in about an hour. However, after an hour, I still saw my car outside the garage. I didn`t say anything. After another 10 minutes, they pulled my car in. I saw they pulled the car out after about 15 minutes. I was surprised they ... view morecould do the job so quickly. However, when I picked up the car, I`m 95% sure that they didn`t rotate the tires. The front tires have a lot more wear than the rear tires. I questioned then twice and they assure that they rotated the tires. When I got home, I wait about 2-3 hours till my tires get cold and I tested the tire pressure to see if the rear-driver side tire pressure is the same as I checked a week ago. Yes, it has the same tire pressure, 28 PSI, as I checked it last week (it should be 32 PSI by standard). Other tires have the same pressure as well, about 29-30 PSI. So, in conclusion, they neither check my tire pressure nor they rotated the tires. I just wonder if they even did the oil changed.

Great experience

I went to O`Neil after my horrible experience at Conicelli. All I have to say is this isn`t my first time buying a car so I`m relatively tolerant of the games and expect them. Before I even drove there I called and had my online quote lowered. When I got there everyone was extremely pleasant and Amy, my saleswoman, was great. I will be glad to send my wife here when she is ready for her car and won`t be bothered ... view moredriving the extra 20 min away from Conicelli (five minutes from my house) for all my services.
