Total disregard of budget
Neubert`s Restoration does great work - I would recommend them based on the work along. I gave a $5000 budget to get my classic car on the road and they went $3000 overbudget on the engine alone. I was never updated on the amount of time they were spending or the cost of parts they were ordering. They demanded immediate payment and held my engine hostage until the balance was paid.
