Horrible! Cheated us

DON`T BUY FROM NEIL AT NATIONAL AUTO OUTLET IN FLORENCE!! This man is a crook. We purchased a vehicle at the end of November to drive to California and he promised to send the title to us within twenty days. Over two months later he hasn`t send the title and we are leaving the USA, wanting to sell the car but can`t without the title. Neil has done a vanishing act and for the last month has been avoiding his cellph... view moreone, business phone and email. So we are stuck with a car we can`t sell and can`t be registered even thought the carfax all checked out ok. Neil screwed us. I highly recommend avoiding this scumbag
