i am a traveling person and went to this dealer as a woman needing a vehicle. I was very interested in purchasing a ven with this gentleman. With a sales background I know that what makes a good salesperson is their interest in the customer`s needs and not their own financial gain. This guy instead of asking me to wait for him to finish with his exhisting customer basically dismissed me rudly. It was obvious h... view moree was close to making a sale and wasn`t sure if he`d get one with me so he basically sent me out the door not realizing that by tomorrow I was ready to purchase something and was very very interested in his vehicle as I had another one on teh back burner with a few more miles. I was ready to take it for a test drive and ready to have it looked over at a mechanics if it ran nicely. he basically threw away a sale because of teh way he treated me. I am very sad about this because I really needed a vehicle adn wanted THAT vehicle but after the way I was treated I do not feel comfortable going back.
