scammed in tires

I had got tire change in four tires together at Steve Shanon. At the time of purchase, I was told that tires will last for 80000 miles, and I paid 50% more for that. The tires wore out is 30000 miles! I had rotate tires regularly within that time. Do not got your tires changed here.

WOW very poor service

Service with dishonor! The manager Mike will continually lie to you. I asked for the old parts back took them to an independent mechanic and had the inspected. Behold, all in excellent working order, went to the shop confronted Mike, he flipped out said, "F*CK OFF and don`t return." Really professional people here. They screwed up a BASIC oil change did not even put oil on the filter seal and jammed the dipstic... view morek between the engine block and power steering pump. Because they could not figure out how it went back in....maybe give me a call or do a little research.
