Excellent Service - Reliable & Honest

I took my vehicle to Cherokee after being recommended by a neighbor. I was unhappy with the services provided by my Chevy dealership and began to doubt their word when I was told I needed something. After having my car in the Chevy Dealer 3 months earlier, I was told I needed new upper and lower ball joints. I found it no coincidence I needed these parts at the end of a slow month. I was told that he will be totally honest and up front with their assessment of your vehicle and if it needs something, then you know it to be a fact. I informed Jeff of my situation and was told that they are worn but by no means would fail an inspection. They gained a customer for life after that statement. I was told they believe in being 100% honest with their customers as most of their business is repeat business. I hope to change that with this review. If you are looking an honest, inexpensive, and reliable auto garage for your car repair needs, look no further then Cherokee. You will be happy that you did!
