This by far is the biggest rip of Car Company in the area. My Wife and I were going through a tough time and they gave us a car, payments were made perfect for a year and a half before we ran into trouble again. We Called DOUG our finance representative and told him of the situation. They repossessed the car anyway. We paid all charges including the repo fee to get our car back. Not only did they repo it the drove it... view more over an hour away instead of towing it when the tire was low on air, so they damaged the rim and used the half a tank of gas we had. After a few weeks we were still playing catch up and today being we are 14 days late on our payment Doug stated he needs full payment for what we are behind plus the next payment or he will repo the car. They also falsely reported to our credit bureau that we are over 30 days late when in fact we are only 14 days late. I STRONGLY recommend staying away from this place they are a complete scam and will take advantage of anyone in a vulnerable situation, hence the word Advantage in their title. Also the finance at ?ˆ?AK?ˆ? Acceptance Doug has no respect for anyone hope Karma gets back at this place and people associated with it!!!!

A friend of mine at first has bad credit and paid by heart every month.So he decided to go and trade the car in.Well he qualified and they did there best to get him in a HHR.They called to get the pay off and found out that one he needed $7,200 to pay it off.So he paid what about $3,500 which according to the blue book even if it were sold today with 108,000 and fully loaded should go for $6,500.The dealer he was wor... view moreking with at first told him don`t pay we will get you in the HHR.But after the pay off they said he was ripped off.They tried to get the banks to eat up $4,500.Then he got sck and ended up in the hospital.They wanted $700.Now he needs to hae it put to the end of the loanHe was a very good customer.One mistake in one year thats good.But they probaly don`t have a heart.He needs his car they over charged him and if they don`t work out a deal the papers are ready filed to file a chapter 13 which puts a hold on everything till the hearing.So ihope they see this.He the last time i talked to his son has the papers and if they show up to take it there out of luck due to the emergency petition.So Doug you need to work something out.You have charged him $30 for something that wasn`t his fault.Social Secuirty direct deposited the money in a wrong account and he had to get a emrgency checks he called you a day before it was due and called it a bad check.It wasn`t even a check.You will be sered a.s.a.p. if you can`t extend the loan by 2- 3 months.
