Big Problems

Went for oil change for work van. Engine starting knocking and tapping on way home. THEY DIDNT PUT ANY OIL back in after draining it!!!! Made it to pep boys and bought oil to put in ourselves. Went back and kid working climbed under vehicle and confimed no oil leak. Claims he knows he put oil in. Asked for manager and he took name and number to give to his manager, Have called everyday and manager is never there and ... view morea week later no one has called back. Had to get vehicle towed back home. A REAL mechanic confirmed engine is blown up and shot due to lack of oil. They will be hearing from attorney shortly. At least have the decency to return phone calls. Be ware of this location!
