i bought 4 new tires and 12 days later they forgot to tighten my lug nut and my tire fell off! my payment for this was the price of 1 tire. I had aligment( had lifetime) and they had the nerve to write on the top of my bill tires are worn due to not aligning. but on the refund bill they wrote customer satisfaction-tire (not wheel fell off!)
