Couldn`t be happier.. great work.. great service!!

I was devastated when I was rear ended in my brand new car. I made a claim through my insurance company and they suggested Major`s. I was very concerned about taking my car somewhere without a recommendation from someone I knew, and I even considered taking it some place else. I am glad I went with Major`s! They called me the day after I called my insurance company to set up a time for an estimate. The whole process ... view morefrom the estimate to the repair was very easy. Major`s took care of everything, They found more damage behind my bumper and faxed all the info to my insurance company. I didn`t have to follow up on anything. And the end result was wonderful! My car looked brand new and you could not tell it was in an accident! I also have to mention that every single person I came in contact with was nice and helpful, especially Morgan, who was there when I picked up my car. He explained the damage they found and what they did to fix it. He really seemed to take pride in the work that had been done. And an added bonus, they even cleaned the inside of my car. Highly recommend Major`s Collision!

Great Service with No Surprises

Had a minor collision with venison on the hoof, called my Insurance agent (Erie) and they recommended Majors Select. I contacted Majors and had the estimate done, when the parts got there dropped off my car, a few days later received a call that my car was ready to be picked up. Doing business with companies like this is a pleasure, no surprises and they deal with the Insurance agency, all I did was call Erie one tim... view moree and Majors one time, it could`nt have been easier. The quality of their work and service is excellent, my vehicle was cleaner inside and out than it had been in months. Almost makes me want to go looking for another deer...........well almost. I would recommend Majors to anyone asking if I know of a good body shop in the area.

Great job! Very professional!

I would like to say that Majors Select Collision did a fantastic job on the repair of my car. They made it super simple by arranging a rental car and handling my insurance claim. My car came back looking brand new. They even cleaned the inside of my car and shined the tires!

Find another shop.

I was in a minor accident with damage to front bumper, hood, pass. fender, pass. side mirror. I received a check from the other parties insurance, but wanted to order my own aftermarket parts (front bumper and side mirrors) discussed this with the shop ahead of time and they were fine with it, so far so good. Car goes in on a Monday and was estimated about 4 days of work. They removed pieces from my old bumper to mak... view moree the new one work, didn`t ask me if they could destroy my old bumper, I had plans to fix it up and re-sell it, now I can`t. The new bumper came primered already, so they just painted right over, a good shop should have stripped it down to the material and re-primered it themselves. They said they can`t guarantee their work on the bumper now, gave me an option to either have them sand it down and re-do it or just do the best they could with the way it was, well because they were taking so long already and I didn`t want to go over my allowed estimate time I told them to just do the best they could. It was Thursday and I`m getting impatient, I hear no progress from them, so I stop in they tell me the car would be done the next day, next day came they tell me the next day it will be done, ended up not even getting painted until Saturday. When I stop in on Monday, I see my car sitting outside painted, but then I notice that the mirrors weren`t installed. Talked to the girl and they weren`t even painted, so I tell them to paint them, she says it`ll be done the next day, on my way driving home she calls me telling me I need to stop in again to talk to them about something. When I get there, they show me the pass. side mirror and part of the stud section that holds the mirror up is broken off, they tell me that the screws that came with the mirror are too short and try to b.s. me that it wasn`t their fault. I`m upset but I don`t care anymore, I`ll fix it myself, just paint it. So they paint it, I get them back, and when I go to install it, notice that they never re-installed my chrome window trim correctly which is how they broke the mirror because it didn`t align correctly. They didn`t even offer to take off any money of my final bill then either. Summary: Very disappointed in my experience at this shop. I wouldn`t recommend them to anybody! Afterward I talked to someone else who had taken their car there and they had bad experiences there as well. They broke things on my car, couldn`t guarantee work, way over their estimated time, horrible communication, lazy service and they lied to me. Only thing good I can say about them is that the paint job was pretty good (excluding bumper).

Amazing work and excellent service!!!

I own a 09 Honda Pilot that I bought from Bobby Rahal Honda. I was driving down the Carlisle Pike one day and unfortunately while driving through an intersection had someone run into the passenger side and T-bone me.

Both of the doors on the passenger side were destroyed and my side curtain airbags deployed. The glass windows blew out from impact. I couldn`t believe what had just happened. I had just bou... view moreght this car.

The first thing I did was call Bobby Rahal Honda. I asked them whom they recommended to do the work. They told me that they get all of their work done at a very reputable shop named Majors Select Collision Center. At that moment I had the tow truck driver take it their.

After the vehicle arrived they arranged a rental car for me, and even did all the communicating to my insurance company, which is Erie.

I wasn`t quite sure whether or not this was going to be fixable but in less than 1 week and 3 days I was driving my Brand new again 2009 Honda Pilot. Everything was perfect and it looked just like it did they day I drove it off the showroom floor

Throughout the repair process I received more than 6 phone calls, telling me the progress, and even when the parts where in. The estimated time that it would take to do was two weeks, they even got it back to me 4 days early. Everyone was pleasant to deal with in this family operated company!
