I have always been fairly treated and have received quality, consistent service from this Jack Williams. They might not be the cheapest in the area, but the work has always been well done and done pretty quickly. The guys always communicate with us and set realistic expectations. Reliability is also important. And JW has been reliable.

This is the worst service stat...

This is the worst service station in the Poconos. They will practice on your car and charge you 300% over cost on parts! And then try and trap you into coming back! STAY AWAY! If I could rate them with NO STARS I would certainly do so!
