i took my jeep here twice and ...

i took my jeep here twice and they still didn`t fix the problem. was promised bring it in a third time and it will be fixed. my wife dropped it off and ed told her to leave the key under the floor mat. she did the next day she called to see if it was done. ed said he didn`t see it in the lot. turns out he remembered seeing it the night before and didnt see it when he got back from a call out. this was 14 hours be... view morefore my wife called. turns out someone stole it off his lot. this just happened today 11/2/2011. he told my wife he would replace the vehicle or compensate with cash. i just tried to call him, his employee said ed wasn`t there and he wouldn`t take my phone number or a message for me. we are being told tough u deal with it, we are out a vehicle because of him and he will do nothing for us. if anyone else wants to steal vehicles from here just check under the floor mats. the only people that knew where a key would be would be former customers or the employees.

They had the best service and ...

They had the best service and at the right price. They even went over and beyond what they had to do and fix something else that was wrong and didn`t charge me.
