Several weeks ago I saw a listing in the Auto Trader for a used BMW convertible at Jim Wynn`s. It was listed at 18,000 and said it had wood trim, etc. I went to look at it and I saw it on the lot. A salesman never even came out of the showroom and the car did not have the wood trim and the price on the car was $22,000. I didn`t bother even trying to find a salesman. If they don`t tell the truth in their advertise... view morements I don`t want to do business with them. Be careful when you deal with them.

I live in Indianapolis, IN and...
I live in Indianapolis, IN and had been looking for a VW CC for a little while. I came accross one at Wynn through the volkswagon website. I spoke with Josh Hunter a salesman at Wynn. I decided to go ahead a put a deposit on the vehicle because it was a certified VW, had all of the features that I wanted (or so Josh said) and it was a great price. I planned to make the 11 hour trip to Norristown on Friday, and to... view moreok care of everything that I could over the phone, via fax, and email with Josh. I requested that he have the vehicle ready for me on Saturday early, because I was going to turn right around and drive back after all the paper work was done. I arrived at the dealership early at 9:30, the vehicle was still being detailed. No big deal, but it could have easily been handled the day before, as all paper work had been done early in the week and there should have been no hang ups. As I waited to get the car from the detailer, Josh went to go close another customer, again not a big deal but I was definately done well before these customers had come in. So I had to wait for him to get done before we could even go for a test drive to confirm everything was good on the vehicle. We took the drive and everything was good to go, got back and again I had to wait on yet another 2 familys who came in after me to get their financing done. At this point I was pretty turned off at the whole expense, but I had driven 600 miles and was not about to turn around and head back empty handed. Josh then when over the car with me, and showed me the features. When it came to the bluetooth option on the car, one of the main features I wanted, he quickly breezed over it. He said, I`m sure you know how this works as you are in the cell phone industry. Thinking it was a little weird that he didn`t want to pair the phone and get it set-up, I didn`t think twice as I had plenty of time on the way home to get it set up. Finally the finance person who was scrambling to get everyone taken care of (and very nice) went over the paper work and I was headed home (4 hours later.) On the way home after the first stop I played around with the bluetooth to try and get it work, I wanted to call my wife from the car that we had just purchased. I couldn`t seem to get it working following the instructions. I was hitting the buttons that Josh said, following the instructions but no luck. I decided to get home and fiddle with it there, as It was going to be a late night if I didn`t get heading home. The next day couldn`t get it working, called Volkswagon Customer care, they said it definately should be on the vehicle and it sounds like something isn`t working right, or was connected. The advised to schedule a service appointment. I did, and I emailed Josh to see if it would be something that would be covered under warrantly, he said it was and said he would check with some people to help troubleshoot it. We went back and fourth with email trying to get it figured out, and he too said schedule it for an appointment. I did, and when I got it to the local VW dealership Tom Wood, the printed out the options on the car for me to show me that it was not on the car. Of course I emailed Josh again, and he apologized said it was his error and that he would see how we could get it fixed. I have heard nothing in the past week since our last email. I have called and left voicemails, and emailed him, with no response. I really don`t think anything will be done, It just bothers me that he outright lied to me. His lack of response just further shows that he has no regard for his outright lie to me, and confirms that he knew all along that it wasn`t there and thought there would be nothing that I could do as I live so far away. I just want to warn people in the future of what happened to me, so that it doesn`t happen again.

Wynn Service Deparment Has Problems the Dealership Will not stand behind
I had a bad experience with Wynn. I was charged a premium after I had a problem with compression that created a code. The service solution was simple and I agreed to let Wynn perform the service as my Volvo has more than 100,000 miles on it. The code came back less than a week later and Wynn claimed that they needed more money to analyze the problem further. The service manager and management of Wynn gave me alo... view moret of excuses why the job wasn`t done correctly the first time and when I complained they told me to come get my car. Overall, nothing they did helped the car`s problem, they charged a premium and then walked away. Stay away from Wynn and if you are considering a Volvo, consider the area you are in and where to get service. Wynn is not the group you want to deal with.
